Angela Merkel recycles an evening dress
The Germans applaud the gesture ofAngela Merkel in austerity plan. Time seems to be saving even for the Chancellor. Angela Merkel went to Richard Wagner's operas yesterday wearing a duck blue dress she had already worn in Bayreuth 4 years ago. The gesture is most certainly voluntary in this time of crisis and the message it tries to convey is loud and clear. Her husband Joachim Sauer is at his side, Angela Merkel sketch a broad smile when he arrived at the Opera, we are not used ... The German daily Bild, headline Thursday "The chancellor of rigor recycles his dress", the population seems to appreciate this gesture. Formerly, we considered this type of behavior as a real fashion faux pas, today the fashionsphère seems to react positively, the mores change and that's good!
The Chancellor is however not the first great lady dared to wear the same dress twice. Indeed, Charlene Wittstock and Kate Middleton did the same thing a short time ago. Is this a new fashion trend?
